corbie run reply <id> <ticket> [value] [--life 5m]
answer a ticket that a run waits on
The ticket is the value that corbie run show <id> --tickets prints, and <id> is the run that waits on it. Any client that has the value may answer, and a ticket is answered once. The answer is JSON, or plain text if it does not parse as JSON.
The command prints taken, or refused with the reason. It fails if the answer is refused.
--life <time> how long the answer is valid while no controller takes it,
and how long the command waits for the answer; default 5m
